About me

A mother, a daughter, a sister. A skilled photo editor with years of experience in creating, enhancing, and perfecting images of families, children, headshots and pets. I specialize in the artistic composition of photos my clients have created simply from the comfort of their own home. I have a keen eye for detail and a passion for bringing out the best in every image I work on.

My Story

As a recently retired woman veteran of the United States Air Force, I found myself lost and searching for meaning and purpose in my new found life. I felt empty. I was missing a greater piece I longed for after only knowing to serve others before myself for over two decades. With more than enough free time on my hands, I dove in to an art form I merely dabbled in my down time between being a wife, mother, and career deployer with the military- editing and enhancing photos. I started with capturing photos of my new puppy, Kashton, on my iphone in my backyard. As most can probably relate, I applied filters, changed colors, and blurred backgrounds. Once I decided that still was not delivering the exact image I was hoping for, I began to integrated pre-generated backgrounds while applying enhanced lighting filters. I felt I nailed it. Graciously, my younger sister allowed me to use my niece’s infant and toddler photos to continue developing my newfound hobby. I then found myself at the center of a worldwide dachshund lovers group with up to fifty requests per day to create holiday photos of beloved pets. I now spend my limited free time continuing to stay engaged in the latest photo editing trends, but most importantly I focus on delivering a near perfect image to my clients to preserve and show off their portraits.
